Have a good laugh

There’s nothing like a good laugh.

Humor attracts positivity and helps us to not take things so seriously. We are better able to respond to situations that may cause us stress or anxiety.

Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.

Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals.

Taking everything seriously and in a more negative way is just a downer for all involved. Quickly reacting with anger all the time turns others off and affects one’s health.

Chronic (long-term) anger has been linked to health issues such as high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, skin disorders, and digestive problems. In addition, anger can be linked to problems such as crime, emotional and physical abuse, and other violent behavior.

Smile or frown? Positive or negative? Response or reaction?

You decide.
